Methodology
GOSS regard good project management and formal quality assurance methodologies as important in ensuring continued success. We take pride in effectively delivering projects on time and within budget. We utilise project management methodologies with a clear emphasis on close communication as we feel it is one of the key factors to successful delivery. It is the established policy of GOSS to provide to all clients a satisfactory product and service, to ensure that clients are satisfied with all aspects of the company's products and services and that all relevant business and legal or regulatory requirements and contractual security obligations are identified and managed.
Proven commitment to management systems
GOSS has implemented a management system, based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2008, as the means of fulfilling this commitment and the system encompasses all activities from initial client enquiry to product/service receipt by the client and review of client feedback following receipt and during on-going product and service support.
The GOSS Management System was first externally audited and accredited to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 standard in 2006 by the Independent European Certification Limited; subsequent annual audit has confirmed continuing accreditation. Full re-accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 was obtained in 2009 and re-confirmed in 2010 and 2011.
