Scoping your project

Your project begins with an initial scoping meeting. Together we'll set the foundations of what your digital or online services and websites will achieve. You'll be introduced to your GOSS project delivery team, discuss details such as timescales and technical requirements, and decide project delivery methods.

The project was managed to a very high standard using Agile methodology which greatly benefited how quickly the project was delivered. Also, it was particularly appreciated how flexible GOSS was in adapting to changing iterations and requirements of the site yet still meeting very tight timescales.

Architecture and building

The technical lead in your GOSS project delivery team will take your project specifications and bring them to life. During this phase, we'll plan, prototype, and develop your online service and/or website. You'll be kept updated on project progress through our online project management tracking system, and use time during meetings to discuss the project.

Testing and deployment

As part of all website and service launches, a rigorous and robust testing process takes place prior to deployment. During this phase our QA team ensure what goes live is of the highest standard, and you'll have access to test your service and/or website, so that you're happy with the finished result.
