The GOSS Training team is available to provide a range of training courses suited to helping your organisation make the most of the GOSS Digital Platform. Their knowledge and skills are continually developing, and they'll ensure the latest GOSS insights are always passed on.
Assessing your skillset
Training and onboarding is available to GOSS clients at any point during their GOSS journey. Training topics are designed to meet all levels of technical skillset, and a dedicated GOSS Trainer will work with you to understand the gaps in your GOSS knowledge, what training courses are needed, and who is required to take part.
The training and after-support GOSS provided was invaluable. I'm now even providing my own training for other members of staff, safe in the knowledge that if I'm ever stuck, I can always ask GOSS for help.

Finalising your training
Using your organisation's skillset assessment, your dedicated GOSS Trainer will plan the finer details of your training. Your Trainer will meet with you to establish your training plan, expectations of the training, and agree training outcomes. This also is the perfect time to get answers to any outstanding training queries.
Delivering your training
Your training courses will only be delivered once your organisation is ready to use the GOSS Digital Platform. By doing so, we'll make sure you retain Platform insight and knowledge by delivering training at the most optimum time. We can deliver training in-person or online, the choice is entirely yours.
