Norfolk County Council choose GOSS
Learn how Norfolk County Council are planning to deliver its new customer experience vision using the GOSS Digital Platform
Serving a total of 900,000 citizens, Norfolk County Council is the latest organisation to choose GOSS as its digital and online services partner. Located in East Anglia, Norfolk went through a comprehensive and thorough formal tendering process to find a replacement for their previous Customer Experience technologies.
Previously, Norfolk County Council had been using CRM, CMS, and forms software to deliver their online services. However, as part of the authority's new and exciting customer experience vision, they have chosen a more unified and integrated approach to delivering the digital capability they need.
Norfolk County Council initiated market engagement during the summer of 2021 and subsequently finalised its pre-qualification questionnaire in the summer of 2022. The council was seeking an organisation that shared its partnership vision and a solution that aligned with its strategic principles and operating model. After a very thorough competitive dialogue tender process earlier this year, Norfolk County Council selected GOSS as its Customer Experience Platform partner.
Opting for the full power of the GOSS Digital Platform, Norfolk County Council is now ready to start to deliver on their new customer experience vision, bringing together all the essential digital and online capabilities the authority needs in one fully integrated low-code solution. Most notably Norfolk will be utilising the integrated content management , case management, and forms and business processes capabilities of the GOSS Platform to implement an online service provision that meets customer and staff needs whilst increasing satisfaction.
"The GOSS Digital Platform has the potential to transform our customer offer and the customer led, collaborative approach demonstrated by their people aligns really well with our own ethos and ways of working. We're delighted to be working with GOSS and excited about what we can achieve together and as part of the GOSS community."
