Mid Sussex District Council joins the GOSS client community

Mid Sussex, a non-metropolitan district council located within the county of West Sussex, has recently taken a further step towards enhancing its digital capabilities and improving its online forms provision. With a population of 147,000, Mid Sussex serves several towns in the district and its responsibilities encompass various citizen service areas, such as licensing, waste and recycling, and housing and council tax.
Recently, Mid Sussex has identified opportunities to improve its online forms provision resulting in the adoption of the comprehensive GOSS Forms system. This solution will enable a seamless integration with their existing CRM system and also features an out-of-the-box GOSS payment connector, providing a holistic approach to improving the online service experience of Mid Sussex residents. The council's decision to select GOSS was driven by the quality and capability of the entire package, including the Platform's functionality, project delivery, support, hosting, training, and collaborative community.
Once GOSS Forms is implemented and enables Mid Sussex District Council to enhance its customer experience, the council plans to explore the use of the broader GOSS Digital Platform.
